These terms apply when you use this website, book a counselling session, or create a student or parent account with StudyX Overseas ("we", "us"). By using the site or booking a session, you agree to them.
We provide study-abroad and work-abroad counselling: university and pathway shortlisting, application and document support, test-preparation guidance, financing and scholarship guidance, visa-preparation support, and post-arrival assistance.
Counselling, document support and visa preparation do not guarantee admission, scholarship, loan approval, or visa approval. Those decisions are made solely by universities, lenders, and government immigration authorities, based on criteria outside our control. Any success rates, salary figures, or cost estimates shown on this site (including in the calculators) are planning estimates, not promises or guarantees for your individual case.
Our counselling fee is flat and disclosed to you in writing before you engage our services. If a university pays us a placement-related fee, that is disclosed to you alongside that university on your shortlist. Fees quoted on this website (including in the calculators) are estimates for planning purposes; your actual fee is confirmed during onboarding.
If you create a student or parent account, you're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your login credentials secure. A parent account only gains access to a student's data after we've verified and approved that link — we do this manually, not automatically.
You agree not to misuse the site — including attempting to access another user's account or data, submitting false information through the contact form or your profile, or using the site for any unlawful purpose.
Some parts of the service (sign-in, email delivery, hosting, database storage) are provided by third parties described in our Privacy Policy. Their own terms and availability may affect our service.
To the extent permitted by law, StudyX Overseas is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of this site or our counselling services, including losses connected to a university, lender, or immigration authority's decision.
We may update these terms as the service changes. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
